7. Maintenance Zones and Clearances
Figure 9: Top View -- Maintenance Clearance ZonesFigure 10: Front View -- Maintenance Access Zones
Left Clearance
16.3 in (414 mm) minimum
Right Clearance
16.3 in (414 mm) minimum
Top Clearance
42.6 in (1082 mm) minimum
Front Clearance
40.5 in (1029 mm) minimum
Rear Clearance
3.9 in (100 mm) minimum
All maintenance operations -- including ice machine servicing, filter replacement, payment terminal access, and electrical panel inspection -- are performed from the front and sides of the unit. The rear clearance of 3.9 in is required solely for ventilation and condensate drainage. Left and right clearances of 16.3 in each allow full panel removal for access to internal components. The top clearance of 42.6 in accommodates the upper panel lift required during ice machine extraction or replacement. The front clearance of 40.5 in provides the working space necessary for a technician to perform routine and corrective maintenance safely. All clearance dimensions must be maintained free of obstructions at all times.

10. Certifications and Compliance
The Kiosk'Ice US model is specifically adapted for the American market. The unit is engineered to comply with applicable US electrical standards (UL/CSA), food safety regulations (FDA 21 CFR, NSF/ANSI standards for commercial ice equipment), and commercial vending equipment requirements. The payment system meets PCI DSS and PCI PTS certification requirements for unattended payment terminals. Electrical components are rated for 230V/60Hz operation per NEC guidelines. Contact the manufacturer directly at [email protected] for the current and complete list of certifications, test reports, and compliance documentation applicable to your state and jurisdiction.
